area and a loft for extra accommodation . It is 18ft wide and 30 ft long overall.

The porch is a great place to have a cup of coffee or a lunch on a nice day.

• Roof covering ( steel your choice of color ) We can substitute asphalt etc.
• Skirting ( 12" max )
• Stain ( Sikkens brand - top quality )
• 2x room partitions ( for bathroom and bedroom )

• Insulation package for ceiling and floor ( R 28 ) - Additional insulation can be added.
• Floor covering for main floor ie. linoleum or low profile carpet
